singer_4_life1990 asked: I am doing a project on the zone diet, for my science project about fad diets and i was wondering if someone can give me a reliable internet source with this kind of info to my question because i am having difficult finding it…
1) How long does a person have to be on this diet before results are observed?
2) How much would a typical period of time on this diet cost?
i would apreciate anyones help with this and a source would be grately preciated.

1.Psychologically all it takes is a day before you notice results. When you decide to go on a diet such as the Zone Diet you have made up your mind to lose weight. At this point you are probably involved in exercise more so you may see result quickly, but those results may have nothing to do with the actual diet, and more to to with the exercise.
2. Typically a diet such as the Zone cost the same as your everyday ordinary diet if you spend $40 a day on food. An additional cost of the diet is the book to tell you about the foods to eat while on the diet.
$4.00 per week for the support network.
$39.00 a day for prepared meals in NY and CA.
