la dieta atkins es malo para el hígado, no lo hagas! se pierde peso rápidamente, pero ganar todo de nuevo en menos de un mes!

The atkins diet is not about calories it is based on the amount of carbs you eat. If you want to lose weight fast you need to only eat around 75 carbs a day. It’s a good diet for losing weight fast but it is a very strict diet.
