I think any prepackaged meal will do the trick. The problem is that most people add stuff because those meals are portion controlled and can’t fill anyone up. If that is all you are eating at each meal, then I don’t see how anyone can NOT lose some weight. After a while your stomach will shrink so it will take less food to feel full. I usually have a gian glass of water or tea to help feel full.
