Raw vegetable diet. Raw; carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, lettus, cabbage, radishes, you name it. If it’s a raw vegetable, you can eat it. eat apples, oranges and bananas too each day but not many (too much sugar). Then to make sure you get protein I would eat two cans of tuna and a whey protein drink each day. Walk for a couple of hours and ride the stationary bike while you watch TV or read. Drink plenty of water and take a multi vitamin just to be sure you are not starving yourself of nutrients. The thing about raw vegetables is that it takes about as much energy to digest them as you get from them. I mean we are not rabbits so our system is not so good at using them for energy. You can add working with weights and add an extra can of tuna and 3 slices of wheat bread 1/2 slice every 2 hours. The body needs carbs to burn fat because it uses the carbs to run the fat burning process.

There is a book called Nutrition For Dummies. You spend a good deal of time with that book and you will know it all.
Try Fitness For dummies too if you want to know about working out.
The diet I described was extreme, and should not be followed unless you are ready to be ruthless about your weight loss. It required a constant battle with cravings for sweets and simple carbs. I could have mugged somebody for their doughnut. If you are not really hard core it would be much better to just eat right and lose weight slowly.
